Pizza Trailer @ Indeed Brewing Co.

On one side, there’s Pizzeria Lola, Ann Kim’s iconic wood-fired pizzeria, where blistered crusts, big flavors, and a little bit of magic have been coming out of the oven for years. On the other, Indeed Brewing Company, one of Minneapolis’ original craft breweries, where good beer and good times have been poured since the very beginning.

Now they’re neighbors.  

Our trailer has made a permanent home at Indeed, where it’ll be firing up Lola favorites throughout the year and serving them right alongside Indeed’s flagship beers. It’s a pretty simple arrangement, really: Lola brings the Pizza. Indeed brings the Beer. 

Come for a slice. Stay for a pint. Linger a little longer than you planned.

After all, the best things in Minnesota tend to happen when good neighbors get together.
