Take and bake pies

Ordering parbaked pizzas allows you the flexibility to serve dinner on your timeline, not ours. We partially cook your order here, and you finish the baking at home!

  • We recommend placing and picking up your order between 1 - 5 pm to avoid our dinner rush
  • Parbaked pies are best enjoyed on the same day they're ordered


1. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, pop it in! And if not, it's all good - placing your pizza directly on your oven rack is A-OK!

2. Bake your pizza for 5 - 10 minutes until cheese is melty, and the crust is golden. Keep your eye on it  - the bake time will vary depending on your oven.

3. Top your pizza with any garnishes we've provided (a list of pie-specific instructions is below). 

4. This is the best part - slice, serve, and enjoy!

These pies include fresh toppings; follow these directions to finish your pizza after baking. 

Korean BBQ

  • Slice your pizza
  • Toss arugula with vinaigrette in a bowl
  • Top your pizza with dressed arugula
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds


  • Drape your baked pizza with prosciutto 
  • Slice your pizza
  • Top with arugula

La Creme

  • Sprinkle baked pizza with parmigiano-reggiano
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Slice and enjoy


  • Sprinkle baked pizza with almonds
  • Slice and enjoy
